Note: You can cancel your order only before a tracking number is issued. Once your tracking number is given to you, you can no longer cancel.

Damages and issues, 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at yertclothing@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, please include pictures of any issues to make the process as quick as possible.

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving the product to return it, product must be unworn and unused to qualify, if product shows evidence of being worn you will not be refunded. 

Shipping Delays

yert operates independently of any postal services, we are not responsible and refunds will not be issued for postal service shipping delays due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
